Title: Restorative School Day Coordinator
Reports to: Building Principal
Terms of Employment: Full-Time/Up to 185 days
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Minimum qualifications: Associate's degree preferred, but not necessary
Job Goals: The Restorative School Day Supervisor plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive campus climate by bridging the gap between disciplinary action and academic success. Working in close 1:1 and group settings, the successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, school administration, and the Restorative Justice Coordinator to address behavioral concerns through the lens of accountability and growth. The Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing supervised transitions, implementing tailored behavioral interventions, and ensuring that students remain on track with their work completion during periods of redirection. By balancing firm expectations with empathetic support, you will help students repair harm, develop self-regulation skills, and successfully reintegrate into the classroom environment.
