Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robotic process automation solutions using industry[1]leading RPA tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and understand automation opportunities.
- Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
- Develop and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
- Configure, test, and deploy software robots (bots) in accordance with business requirements using tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and tools, such as UiPath and Power Automate, and recommend process automation improvements based on industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Excellent programming skills, preferably with experience in languages like C# and Python.
