Serenity Hospice PA is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team serving patients and families in the Lancaster area.

YOUR ROLE
As an RN with Serenity Hospice PA, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting patients and their families during an incredibly important time in their lives.
You'll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive exceptional care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide symptom management and comfort-focused care
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, disease progression, and hospice services
