Job description

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, PA is hiring Full-Time & Part-time Registered Nurses (RNs).
Are you looking for a fulfilling career where you can make a significant difference in the lives of others? Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be part of a compassionate and dedicated healthcare community that values your skills and expertise.
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Full-Time | 8 shifts per pay period (Temporary position, roughly 3 months, with opportunity for permanent placement)
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Full-Time | 10 shifts per pay period
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Part-Time | 5 shifts per pay period
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Part-Time | 2 or 3 shifts per pay period or every other weekend only
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Full-Time | 8 shifts per pay period or every other weekend only
PRN/Per Diem RNs Welcome to Apply
Pay: $37.00 - $44.00 per hour, based on experience
Plus: Generous shift and weekend differential pay!
A day in the life may include:
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm
  • Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
  • Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
  • Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:
  • Current RN license in the state for which applying
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
  • New grads are welcome!
