Position Type:

  • Full-time
  • AM shifts 5am - 2pm
  • PM shifts 2pm - 11pm, or 3pm - 11pm
  • 40 hrs a week
  • Friday and Saturday shifts
  • Sundays off

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Open or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful responses to guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Count drawers and finalize the day
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 21 years or older
  • Be proficient in English to be able to effectively communicate with guests
  • Driven to serve guests and team members with care
  • Connects with the team in a healthy way to create unity
  • Desire to grow and be developed
