The Remote Mental Health Counselor role is designed to fit within a telehealth framework that prioritizes both client engagement and therapist well-being. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule within a Monday to Friday workweek, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster mental health improvements.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • An active, independent license in one of the following:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate digital platforms for therapy sessions and documentation.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
