This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still providing consistent, exceptional care to clients. Utilizing telehealth technology, you'll connect with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring access to mental health resources regardless of geographical barriers. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varied scheduling needs of our clients.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies to craft individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective client interventions during sessions.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the integrity and security of client information.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, to enhance the quality of care and share insights concerning client progress.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
• Guide clients and their families with insights into mental health conditions and available resources, equipping them with the tools they need for informed decision-making.
• Stay updated on current mental health research and practices to continuously improve your therapeutic approaches and enhance client outcomes.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other psychological disorders. Our client-centered approach ensures respect for each individual’s background, encouraging open dialogue in a safe therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in the state of Georgia must be maintained.
• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing team contributions and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with relevant technology platforms are advantageous.
• Previous work in community mental health settings or with diverse populations is highly preferred.
• Continuing education or specialized training in evidence-based therapies or techniques is beneficial.
