This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while maintaining a high standard of care for our clients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health practitioners. Regular team meetings will be held virtually to foster communication, share insights, and ensure alignment in treatment approaches. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying symptoms and any co-occurring conditions.
• Develop individualized therapy plans using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, providing regular feedback and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting skills development in coping mechanisms and emotional regulation.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, empowering them through the therapeutic process.
• Provide appropriate referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists for medication management when required.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure effective continuity of care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Adorable Healing Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders. Your expertise in addressing various mental health disorders will guide your interactions, ensuring all clients receive culturally competent and equitable care tailored to their specific backgrounds and experiences.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience as a mental health counselor.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders along with familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to build trust and effective relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and standard computer applications.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional boundaries in all aspects of care.

• Experience in delivering culturally responsive therapy, particularly with marginalized populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Skilled in both group and individual therapy settings, demonstrating versatility in therapeutic approaches.
