We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, a leading provider of outpatient psychiatric care based in Marietta, Georgia. This position offers a remote work setting, allowing our therapists the flexibility to operate from their preferred location while staying connected with our team. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of our patients. The role may include occasional evening shifts to accommodate client schedules, ensuring everyone has access to the mental health support they need.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being and establish a clear understanding of their needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of emotional concerns, promote personal growth, and enhance coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and seamless support for our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, prioritizing patient safety and wellbeing.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and resources available to support their journeys towards recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and updates in mental health regulations.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. By providing culturally competent care, we ensure that our treatment approaches are respectful of and tailored to the individual needs and backgrounds of our clients.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Ability to conduct thorough mental health evaluations and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with patients.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and managing patients in distressing situations.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 75,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
