• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and diagnose conditions as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on a holistic understanding of each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.
