Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from your own home while connecting with clients through our advanced telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to ascertain the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and objectives tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using innovative therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques to suit various age groups and presenting issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and updates in accordance with best practice standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele spans a wide range of demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with clients from various cultural backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and adaptability to meet their individual needs effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required for this role.
• An active, unrestricted license as a mental health counselor in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing direct mental health counseling services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through previous client engagements.
• An ability to work autonomously while also being an effective collaborator within our multidisciplinary team.
• A deep understanding of evidence-based counseling techniques and commitment to following ethical guidelines within a telehealth environment.
• Uphold confidentiality standards rigorously, ensuring all aspects of client interaction are conducted with the highest level of professionalism.

Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices will be advantageous, as we prioritize digital engagement. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic areas, such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy, will be seen as beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
