We strive to create an environment that promotes healing, understanding, and the pursuit of life-enhancing goals. Our team consists of dedicated professionals who collaborate to provide exceptional care and support to the diverse populations we serve.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while utilizing Telehealth technologies. Our innovative telehealth platform ensures that you can connect with patients seamlessly and effectively. We value flexibility in work schedules, understanding that client needs vary, and some adjustments may be necessary to accommodate these requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and individualized clinical assessments using solution-focused interventions to craft tailored treatment plans that cater to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Implement diverse therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while also integrating other effective modalities as clinically indicated.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and care continuity.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating actively in regular case consultations and team meetings to improve care outcomes.
  • Engage with patients and their families, providing education about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding of the therapeutic process.
  • Continuously pursue professional development by staying informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our focus is on fostering a nurturing and supportive environment where clients can navigate their mental health journeys with the guidance of compassionate professionals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques, allowing for responsive and customized care for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a knack for finding tailored solutions to complex client issues.
  • A commitment to thriving in a cooperative team environment, valuing each colleague's input and fostering a culture of growth and support.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing telehealth services is highly preferred, given the remote nature of our practice.
  • Background in treating a broad spectrum of mental health issues to enhance our team's diverse capabilities and improve patient outcomes.
  • Proven track record of successful case management and developing effective treatment strategies that resonate with client goals.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance to provide peace of mind regarding your financial future.
  • Professional liability and malpractice insurance coverage to ensure your practice is protected.
  • Access to an employee assistance program, which offers additional support during times of personal challenges.
  • Unlimited referrals to ensure a fulfilling and impactful caseload.
  • Minimal paperwork, allowing more time for direct patient interaction and meaningful care delivery.
