Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments that enable the identification of clients' unique needs and create tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities geared toward fostering personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
• Regularly review and adjust therapeutic goals based on ongoing client feedback and progress, ensuring alignment with their evolving mental health challenges.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to increase accessibility for clients who may face travel challenges or prefer virtual support.
• Document all client interactions with thoroughness and precision to uphold ethical standards and maintain compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay updated on therapeutic trends and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in providing evidence-based therapy, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a record of working in a community health setting. Experience with specific populations such as veterans, adolescents, or those dealing with substance use disorders will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Rising Ground offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, determined by caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
