Job description

Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Production Support Engineer with strong .NET full stack
development skills and experience supporting integration of APIs and GCP-based solutions.
Responsibilities,
  • Manage production incidents, service requests, and root-cause analysis using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance .NET/C# applications and REST APIs, ensuring reliability and compliance.
  • Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and product teams to resolve issues and improve release quality.
  • Support and optimize Cerner API integrations and GCP deployments (Cloud SQL, Compute, Logging).
  • Automate recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and response processes.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in .NET full-stack development and production support.
  • Strong experience with Cerner APIs, GCP services, and incident management systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, coordination, and communication across teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT environments, CI/CD, and automation scripting preferred.
  • Experience monitoring the performance of the apps using Dynatrace or any relevant tools
