• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms tailored to meet client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, preferences, and personal histories, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in managing their mental health issues.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating the ability to assess risk and provide immediate support and referrals to enhance client safety.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation protocols in our electronic health record system, ensuring all client information is continuously updated.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and staff to ensure holistic and comprehensive care delivery, participating in regular case conferences to discuss client progress and adapt care plans.
• Manage your client schedule and caseload effectively, utilizing flexible working hours to accommodate both part-time and full-time commitments, promoting a balanced workload.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active Washington State LICSW license confirmed is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated experience as a therapist working with individuals, couples, and families, with an understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, ensuring clarity in client documentation and communication with team members.

• At least two years of experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting, providing direct therapy services.
