• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via secure video conferencing.
• Utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate client self-exploration and personal growth by guiding them towards developing insights into their emotions and relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote healthy coping strategies.

In this role, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with diverse mental health needs. Clients may seek support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and other common concerns. Our goal is to empower individuals to enhance their quality of life through skill development and therapeutic support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted, and no disciplinary actions on record.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and a nurturing approach to client interactions are essential.
• Proficient computer literacy and comfort with digital platforms are required.

Experience working with adult populations in a therapeutic context is advantageous. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based modalities can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on hours worked and level of experience. Additionally, we offer:
