In this pivotal role, you will:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver high-quality care according to each client’s specific circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality standards are regularly met.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to establish cohesive treatment strategies for clients, contributing to patient-centered care decisions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular participation in case consultation and peer review meetings to enhance clinical skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Empower clients and families by providing educational resources and support regarding mental health treatment options and available community resources.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health practices and research, integrating new knowledge into daily practice to improve patient outcomes.

Your role will involve working with a varied patient demographic, including individuals facing severe emotional distress, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Your clinical expertise combined with empathy will be essential in assisting these clients navigate their mental health journeys while achieving their treatment goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your educational foundation in the field.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in Illinois, validating your professional competence and regulatory compliance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing your capability in providing psychotherapy services tailored to diverse populations.
