• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, familial dynamics, and personal strengths.
• Deliver direct therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress, adapt treatment plans, and share insights for shared learning.
• Document all clinical services in compliance with legal, ethical, and organization standards to ensure quality care and accountability.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to safeguard client welfare.
• Lead specialized group therapy sessions and psychoeducation seminars, focusing on skill-building and empowerment for clients.
