• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices that enable you to tailor personalized treatment plans. Your ability to analyze client needs will guide them effectively on their path toward improved mental health.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and interpersonal therapy focused on your clients' individual circumstances.

Your work will engage a wide range of clients facing varying mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. You will utilize your expertise to foster positive outcomes, empowering individuals to reclaim their narratives and improve their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychoanalyst or Psychologist in New York.
• Proven aptitude in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling you to craft tailored treatment plans for your clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and sustain therapeutic relationships focused on trust and empathy.
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, adept at navigating complex client scenarios toward positive change.

• Experience with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, is highly desirable.
