• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and individualized mental health counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to guide clients toward their therapeutic goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enhancing their self-awareness and coping strategies.
• Assist clients in identifying and developing healthy coping mechanisms for their challenges, while providing continuous support throughout their journey.

As part of our specialized team, you will work with primarily stable, low-acuity adults facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. We focus on creating a safe and therapeutic environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, leading to meaningful improvements in their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• No past disciplinary actions on your professional record, ensuring a firm commitment to ethics and integrity in clinical practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in telehealth systems to manage client communications and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy sessions and the digital tools necessary for effective remote healthcare delivery.
