• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relational conflict.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client evaluations and ongoing feedback.
• Engage in regular counseling sessions with individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refer clients to additional specialists as needed to address complex mental health issues.
• Lead group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Current valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, including familiarity with the latest evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Background in working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.
• Proficiency using telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping systems.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
