• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify emotional and behavioral disorders, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique goals, preferences, and needs, integrating various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
• Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, aimed at helping clients explore their emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies.
• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms and self-care techniques applicable to their daily lives, fostering independence and resilience.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular evaluations, providing necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of each client’s treatment journey, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual, couple, and group counseling services.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to counseling, fostering an environment of trust.
• Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Experience in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information effectively.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and the ability to provide immediate support when necessary.
• Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., trauma-informed care, play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy) that can enhance our service offerings.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload requirements.
