• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring therapeutic interventions are relevant and effective.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, to address various mental health issues.
• Monitor clients’ progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and interventions to individuals in need.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that comply with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and provide the highest quality of care.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies to implement best practices.

Our clinic primarily serves children, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) required.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a trusting relationship with clients and their families.
