• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, as well as positive behavior support plans.
• Complete all required documentation with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies during client interactions to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Participate actively in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's adherence to high-quality care standards.

This role primarily focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, substance use challenges, and varying levels of developmental and cognitive disabilities. As an LMHC, you will employ a client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to each individual’s circumstances and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages meaningful growth and recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Successful completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, providing foundational expertise.
• Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Washington.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing, facilitating potential community outreach initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A good listener, capable of empathizing while skillfully providing guidance and support to clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client cases and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires. In addition, our benefits package includes:
