Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique backgrounds and needs of clients.
  • Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests, leveraging best practices in psychological assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, documenting progress and adapting interventions accordingly.
  • Provide crisis intervention services that include immediate assessments for suicidality and the coordination of hospitalizations when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Maintain detailed and timely records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, using our electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Participate in the formulation and review of clinical policies and procedures, helping to maintain high standards of care and enhance service delivery.
  • Take part in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and team meetings, contributing to personal and organizational growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele served by Connected Minds includes individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Tennessee.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or experience in telehealth service delivery is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
