Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychological evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring techniques are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions, catering to clients who prefer remote care due to geographical constraints or personal preferences.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and systematically track and document their progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy, preferably in a community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
