Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of new and ongoing clients to evaluate their mental health needs, which leads to the creation of tailored treatment plans.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that reflect clients' goals, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive atmosphere that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a unified treatment approach and facilitate referrals as needed.
  • Support and educate families of clients, helping them understand mental health issues and involving them in the recovery process as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems to document progress and treatment notes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. You will engage with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring that each individual feels seen, heard, and respected throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, showcasing both expertise and empathetic engagement with clients.
  • Proficient understanding of evidence-based treatments for various mental health conditions and challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a trusting relationship and motivate clients toward recovery and personal growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required for documenting client interactions and collaborating with the treatment team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a community health setting or similar practice environment.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses.
