• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand patient backgrounds, identify needs, and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide effective care.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues while fostering community among participants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care for each patient.
• Respond to crisis situations through timely intervention and support to ensure patient safety and stability.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
• A proven track record of conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy is essential, particularly with diverse populations.
