Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at St Paul Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and more. Your ability to understand and meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each client is essential. Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling, including direct client engagement.
  • A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

  • Experience working within community health settings.
  • Demonstrated ability in crisis intervention and management of complex client situations.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience in maintaining accurate patient records.

Compensation and Benefits

St Paul Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
