We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at The Cumberland in Marietta, GA, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
