This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who takes ownership of their territory, understands how to grow a book of business, and values long-term partnerships over transactional selling. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory

  • Maintain consistent market presence through networking, referrals, and customer engagement
  • Take full ownership of territory performance and results

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales professional with a track record of consistent success
  • Strong relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and operates independently
  • Ability to clearly communicate strategy, pipeline, and account priorities
  • Someone who thrives in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience in flooring, surfaces, or related building materials

  • Dental (Guardian) – flat rate based on coverage
  • Vision (VSP Choice Network) – flat rate based on coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Short-term disability
  • Voluntary benefits including critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage

Retirement

  • 401(k) eligibility begins after 90 days (no employer match currently)

Time Off

  • Unlimited PTO for the sales team (advance notice required for extended time off)
  • Paid holidays
