Are you a BCBA looking for a remote, flexible, and meaningful role? At ABA Journey, we empower every child on the autism spectrum to reach their highest potential through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. Weโ€™re seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide exceptional care to children and families across Georgia.

This remote BCBA role offers autonomy, support, and a chance to make a real impact โ€” all while maintaining work-life balance.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Remote โ€” must reside in Georgia or in North Carolina
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (flexible)
Pay: $75โ€“90/hour

We welcome experienced BCBAs AND strong new BCBAs who want support, professional growth, and a positive team culture.

What Youโ€™ll Do as a BCBA
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs

  • Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans

  • Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity

  • Analyze data and modify interventions as needed

  • Train families, caregivers, and staff

  • Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators)

  • Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements

Note: Part-time BCBAs are expected to bill a minimum of 10 hours weekly to maintain client consistency and team efficiency.

What Weโ€™re Looking For in a BCBA
  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred

  • Experience supervising RBTs is a plus

  • Strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism

  • A caring BCBA who wants to help families thrive

  • Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line)
