As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Renewed Minds, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and establishing therapeutic rapport with clients using our telehealth platform.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Engaging with clients through various digital means, including live video sessions, audio messages, and online journaling tools to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Utilizing the platform’s goal tracking and clinical worksheet features to maintain client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborating with peers for supervision, professional development, and consultation when necessary.
• Monitoring client feedback and outcomes to continuously improve therapeutic effectiveness.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, weight management challenges, and grief. Our careful client screening process ensures that you engage with individuals who are seeking support and are well-suited to the online counseling format, fostering a productive therapeutic relationship.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• Active, independent LPCC licensure in the state of California, free of disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop capable of supporting video conferencing (tablets are not permitted).

While we welcome all qualified applicants, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Demonstrated experience working with adult clients in a telehealth setting.
• Proficiency using digital tools for communication and therapeutic engagement.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
