• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions with clients through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques to facilitate effective treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and track their progress throughout the therapy process.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions and interpersonal relationships, fostering greater self-awareness.
• Promote healthy coping mechanisms and monitor clients’ development and response to treatment interventions.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to low-acuity adults. The stable client population often includes individuals facing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts. Your role will be to empower them by building their skills and strategies to enhance their overall quality of life, enabling them to navigate life's challenges with resilience.

• A Master's degree in a relevant counseling field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) that allows for independent practice. Please ensure you specify your licensure credentials in your application.
• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Effective computer skills and familiarity with telehealth practices, ensuring proficiency in conducting virtual sessions.
• A dependable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities, alongside a reliable internet connection.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably providing counseling to adult clients.
• Experience with solution-focused or other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and counseling software.

Serenity Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the hours you choose to work. Additional benefits include:
