As a licensed mental health therapist at Compassionate Care Counseling, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting various mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. The focus is to empower them to develop life-enhancing skills and maintain mental well-being.

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline (such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology).
• Current, valid state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice; please indicate your credentials and state in your application (acceptable licenses include LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates must have a clean professional record without any disciplinary actions.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, alongside a compassionate and empathetic nature that enhances client interactions.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools.
• A functional computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a reliable internet connection to conduct video sessions.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, especially in remote or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities aimed at diverse populations.
• A track record of effectively managing caseloads while delivering quality care.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on your working hours and experience level.
