This position operates in a telehealth setting, allowing you to work remotely from the comfort of your home while still engaging meaningfully with clients. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, needs, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices that may include cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and more.
• Facilitate effective one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic support and continuity of care for all clients.
• Participate in the organization’s continuous education programs to stay abreast of developments in mental health practices.
• Contribute innovative ideas geared towards enhancing service delivery and program effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Circle Behavioral Health Services, you will provide services to a varied client base that includes adults and adolescents facing emotional and psychological challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid, state-issued license or certification as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals encountering emotional and psychological issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, facilitating efficient progress tracking and patient management.
• Knowledgeable in various therapeutic modalities tailored to address the unique experiences of clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices to enhance remote therapy sessions.
