Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of diverse clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions focused on therapeutic outcomes and client engagement.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly within our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, gaining insights and guidance to enhance your clinical competence and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to client needs.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards throughout all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Associate Mental Health Counselor at Inspire Life, LLC, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your role will be crucial in providing culturally competent care that respects and integrates their unique experiences into the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• An active registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), or Clinical Psychologist Intern (CPC-I) in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting, with a strong preference for those with direct experience in telehealth service delivery.
• A proven ability to manage a consistent caseload while maintaining a high standard of client care.
• Skills in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) effectively for client management.

Compensation and Benefits
