Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges, using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with agency standards, ensuring all records reflect the best practices in mental health care.
• Manage a consistent weekly caseload while remaining adaptive to the changing needs of clients and the clinic.
• Actively participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance both personal and team skills.
• Engage in outreach activities that promote the organization and facilitate deeper connections with the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients who present with various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and stress-related changes in life circumstances. Your therapeutic interventions will aim to empower clients by equipping them with coping strategies and enhancing their emotional well-being. Qualifications

• Must hold an active registration in California as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in these areas is preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are necessary to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented outpatient setting that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred, ideally in outpatient services.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering therapy is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
