This role emphasizes providing compassionate care to a diverse demographic, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing high levels of distress or crisis, ensuring that they receive timely and effective interventions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications
  • Must hold an active LPCC license in California. Consideration will also be given to Associate PCCs working under supervision (AMFT/ASW).
  • A solid foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • A commitment to social justice, mental health advocacy, and promoting accessibility in mental health services.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health settings is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with high-acuity clients, adolescents, or in couples therapy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is a significant advantage.
  • An interest in contributing to clinical supervision or program development is welcome.
