Job description

Optometry office in downtown Bellevue is seeking a personable receptionist to complement our professional team. We pride ourselves on providing quality eyecare in a friendly, service-oriented environment. We are seeking a highly productive individual with excellent communication skills.

Duties include greeting and seating patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, insurance inquires, voice/fax/text/email communication and managing contact lens orders. Employee will learn to use our electronic medical record software. Successful employee will have opportunity to become licensed vision care professional.

Our office is open Tuesday through Saturday.

We are most interested in a full-time employee but may consider part-time. Full-time employees receive vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, 401k and vision care.
