Early Success Bonus for new agents: $2,500 when you close your first five homes in 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days. No cap. Full eligibility to be outlined prior to joining

What We're Looking For

  • Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
  • Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle."
