Rapid Response Rns typically work in hospital units as part of rapid response teams to quickly assess and stabilize deteriorating patients, often in inpatient settings. ER Nurses work in emergency departments, managing acute cases and trauma. While both roles demand quick decision-making and clinical skills, ER Nurses focus on a broader range of emergencies in a high-pressure environment, whereas Rapid Response Rns focus on early intervention within hospital wards.
