Job description

Radiology Admin | Miamisburg | Full-time | First Shift


Job Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the Imaging Department operations. Clinical services include both general and invasive procedures to include; Diagnostic, CT, MRI, and US. Position also has oversight of Radiology clerical, nursing and transport.
  • Must be able to manage departmental scope, quality initiatives, modality performance, budgets, appropriate staffing, and customer service.
  • Responsible for monitoring all of the technical and support operations to assure work is completed in a timely, efficient and competent manner.
  • Creates a work environment that ensures an exceptional patient experience, high-quality care, and a positive work environment for staff.
  • Works in collaboration with team leaders, other clinical services, Medical Director, Director of Radiology, and Executive Director of Imaging Services to achieve the goals of Kettering Health.

Job Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved academic program in Radiology Technology
  • Registered by the ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Ohio

  • Additional areas of registry 
  • Five years of technical experience
  • Two years of management/teaching experience
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare
