• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions for clients.
• Assist clients during crisis situations by applying de-escalation techniques and effective intervention strategies.
• Accurately collect and record patient data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain a professional, therapeutic presence in virtual sessions, ensuring confidentiality and a safe environment for clients.
• Foster an open and collaborative relationship with clients, utilizing strong communication skills to enhance therapeutic rapport.

This role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges across different age groups. You will be responsible for understanding developmental considerations and employing trauma-informed approaches to support clients' needs effectively. Familiarity with pediatric mental health care is beneficial as we aim to provide holistic care across the lifespan.

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current Licensure in Washington State as an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) or LMHC-A (Associate).
• Minimum of one year of experience working in behavioral or mental health settings.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Proficient documentation skills and familiarity with technology related to telehealth services.

• Experience in providing integration counseling services, particularly in professional psychedelic integration.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Solid foundation in crisis management, assessment, and career counseling.
• Lived experience within mental health, education, or healthcare systems is a plus.
