Position Overview

As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Reliable Marriage and Family Therapy Services, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver remote therapeutic support to clients at our detox center. This full-time position emphasizes the holistic healing of mind, body, and spirit, with a special focus on clients integrating insights from ketamine infusions and other transformative psychedelic experiences.

About the Organization

Reliable Marriage and Family Therapy Services is dedicated to providing innovative mental health solutions that address both traditional and modern therapeutic needs. We pride ourselves on offering a seamless, affordable experience that is covered by major insurance providers. Our commitment to integrating evidence-based therapies with emerging treatment modalities allows us to support a diverse range of clients in their healing journey.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the lives of your clients. You will utilize advanced virtual practice software that streamlines consultation, documentation, and follow-up processes, ensuring timely and effective care delivery while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate parent support groups, creating safe and nurturing environments for participants to share experiences and learn from each other.
  • Provide specialized training for parents of children with mental health needs, including those facing complex challenges related to adoption and prenatal exposure to substances.
  • Conduct temperament counseling to assist parents in understanding and addressing their children’s developmental and behavioral needs.
  • Perform comprehensive developmental evaluations of children, focusing on identifying any areas requiring additional support or intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and services rendered, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will center around a diverse client population, primarily consisting of parents and their children dealing with mental health challenges. This includes families affected by substance use issues, trauma, and complex emotional dynamics. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding them through their healing processes and enhancing family dynamics.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
  • Active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) is a must.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of one year spent directly in a mental health environment.
  • Strong background in parent-child interventions, understanding normal child development, and awareness of child abuse and neglect issues.
  • Experience in case management or as a clinical social worker in a social service setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with ketamine therapies or psychedelic integration practices is highly desirable.
  • Experience in leading group therapy sessions or workshops for parents.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a flexible working schedule that promotes work-life balance, we provide comprehensive health insurance, generous paid time off, and a referral program that rewards you for bringing in talented colleagues.

You will have the chance to enhance your skills in various therapeutic modalities and potentially advance into leadership roles within the organization as we continue to expand our offerings and services.
