About Mount Olympus
At Mount Olympus, we live in the heat. Massive rookie pulls. Low-numbered color. One-of-ones. High-end repacks. Live breaks that get the chat going. We are building one of the most exciting sports card brands in the hobby, and we want people who love the game as much as we do. If your group chat talks parallels, comps, grading, and market trends, you’re in the right place.

Position Overview
This is a true operations-driven role built for someone who understands both the hobby and high-level execution. You will be hands-on with buying, comping on eBay, repacking, inventory management, and shipping, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
You are not just shipping cards. You are delivering the experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source sealed wax, graded slabs, and raw singles across NFL, NBA, MLB, Formula 1, and more.
  • Evaluate cards using eBay sold listings, real-time comps, and grading standards (PSA, BGS, SGC).
  • Identify parallels, SSPs, case hits, variations, and true market value vs. asking price.
  • Build and organize repacks with consistency, quality, and strong value.
  • Sleeve, case, sort, and label cards for live breaks and inventory flow.
  • Print shipping labels and packing slips while verifying order accuracy and presentation quality.
  • Package and ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS with speed and precision.
  • Track inventory using spreadsheets and internal systems, maintaining accuracy at all times.
  • Keep a clean, organized, high-efficiency workspace in a fast-paced operations environment.
  • Stay up to date on new releases, hobby trends, and pricing movement to support smart buying decisions.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of sports cards, parallels, and product lines (Prizm, Select, NT, Flawless, etc.).
  • Experience using eBay, Whatnot, or other platforms to buy, sell, or comp cards.
  • Confidence in evaluating condition, grading potential, and market value.
  • High attention to detail across repacking, inventory, and shipping workflows.
  • A competitive, team-first mindset with the ability to move fast and stay organized.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Whatnot, eBay stores, Discord communities, or live breaking environments.
  • Background in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
  • Experience negotiating deals with collectors, hobby shops, or distributors.

Why Join Mount Olympus

  • Join a fast-growing sports card brand with real momentum in the hobby.
  • Work daily with high-end cards, sealed wax, and premium inventory.
  • Be part of a high-energy, operations-driven team that values knowledge and execution.
  • Opportunity to grow as the company scales and expands.

If you’re obsessed with sports cards and know your way around eBay comps, parallels, and inventory flow, this is your opportunity.
