Flare Construction is actively hiring an experienced Water Truck Driver for a civil construction project in Las Vegas, Nevada, starting in August. What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Operate a water truck on an active civil construction site to support dust control, compaction, and site grading operations
  • Coordinate water application with grade checkers, equipment operators, and crew supervisors to keep the project on schedule
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; identify and report mechanical issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate driver logs and DOT documentation per federal and company requirements
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and all required site safety training
  • Support general site logistics as needed throughout the project
