Job description

Triangle Pond Management is hiring a full-time Project Manager - Superintendent in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time position where you will be in charge of stormwater construction projects.


You will work Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Sometimes, you may need to work extra hours or on Saturdays, depending on the project and the weather. If you want a job where your skills are needed every day, this could be the right fit for you.

THE TYPE OF PROJECT MANAGER - SUPERINTENDENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in construction projects related to stormwater management and stormwater device conversion
  • High level of organization and ability to work within timelines and timeframes

WHAT YOU DO

As a Project Manager - Superintendent, you will manage the work to turn temporary basins into permanent stormwater systems. You will make sure grading, drainage, and earthwork are done according to plans. You will watch over the installation of things like pipes, risers, spillways, and pads. After construction, you will make sure the site is stable by using plantings, sodding, overseeding, matting, or hydroseeding.
