In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing process, managing high-capacity large format printers, routers, and finishing equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, minimal waste, and superior product quality.
We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced manufacturing team that is fully invested in our company's success. We are looking for a highly collaborative, dependable teammate driven by the opportunity to optimize production workflows and contribute to the success of a local business.
Daily Manufacturing Tasks

  • Machine Operation: Program and operate large format digital printers, UV flatbed printers, roll-to-roll production presses, and flatbed CNC routers.
  • Pre-Press & File Verification: Analyze technical layout files for large-scale production; properly set up cut paths for vinyl and prep files for various rigid and flexible substrates.
  • Post-Press Finishing: Execute print bindery, lamination, weeding, and mechanical finishing according to exact engineering specifications.
  • Quality Control & Material Handling: Monitor print quality during production runs, perform routine equipment maintenance, and properly handle diverse substrates, including heavy vinyl, acrylics, and custom fabrication materials.
  • Workflow Optimization: Manage the daily production schedule to prioritize workloads, minimize machine downtime, and ensure the highest quality product output for our clients.
Ideal Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience operating wide-format commercial printing and manufacturing equipment.
  • Proven technical proficiency with manufacturing hardware, including large format digital printers, UV flatbeds, roll-to-roll printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.
  • Strong Material Knowledge: Understanding of the physical properties and behavioral differences of various substrates (e.g., custom vinyl, banner material, rigid boards, and vehicle wraps).
  • Strong Work Ethic & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot machine errors, adjust calibration, and handle production bottlenecks calmly and efficiently.
  • Precision & Spatial Aptitude: Basic manufacturing math skills, precise measuring capabilities, and the ability to work neatly while multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift 50 lbs, handle heavy rolls of media, and work comfortably over a waist-high production table for extended periods.
