Full Time Premium Sales Jobs (NOW HIRING)

The Manager, Premium Sales, will sell new and existing hockey and basketball premium accounts, generate new leads, and create new ideas to increase premium sales.

This role will pay an annual salary of $85,000 and is commission eligible.

• Generate revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, face-to-face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networking
• Actively prospect and research new sales leads
• Provide analytical and well-documented reports for all clients and prospects through CRM software
• Prepare and conduct in-person meetings in and out of the office
• Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sale of Acrisure Arena Pack ticket packages, including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and individual game tickets
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, opportunities, and team activity.
• Use cold calling, appointments and social selling as tools to sell premium memberships
• Call past customers and new customers to generate new premium products
• Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket packages
• Participate in outside networking events to gain additional business & develop relationships with new leads
• Establish professional relationships in order to create repeat business and superior customer service
• Meet or exceed appointed sales goals for all ticket packages
• Maintain complete and accurate records for customers
• Track and manage weekly sales leads and activities, and overall sales through the use of CRM-Salesforce
• Handle special projects related to the department as assigned
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university in a related field required
• 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner
• Superior time management and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including event nights and weekends as required, in addition to traditional business hours
• Must be highly motivated and positive, with the ability to handle multiple assignments under pressure
• Must be professionally aggressive and competitive and possess a deducted attitude
• Must possess attention to detail, highly organized, and have the ability to listen
• Familiarity with outreach and Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic
• Competitive, self-motivated, and creative-thinking skills and a team-first attitude
