Job Description Medical Device Assembly Technician Full-Time | Weekly Pay | No Weekends Looking for a clean manufacturing job where attention to detail makes a real difference. We're seeking dependable Medical Device Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in O'Fallon, MO. In this role, you'll help assemble precision surgical instruments used in eye procedures, including cataract and LASIK surgeries.

If you enjoy working with your hands, assembling small components, and taking pride in producing high-quality products, this could be an excellent opportunity. What You'll Do Assemble precision medical devices by following detailed work instructions Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality standards Use microscopes and magnification equipment to perform detailed inspection work Operate small production equipment used for buffing, grinding, and shaping components Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Package finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work environment Follow all manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Comfortable working with small parts and precision assembly Manufacturing, assembly, production, or inspection experience preferred Experience using microscopes or precision measuring tools is a plus Ability to follow detailed work instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to producing high-quality work Benefits $16.00-$18.00 per Hour Weekly Pay Monday-Friday Schedule No Weekends 11 Paid Holidays (Including Your Birthday) Vacation Time Begins Accruing Immediately Health Insurance Available After 30 Days 401(k) Retirement Plan Clean, Temperature-Controlled Work Environment Long-Term Career Growth Opportunities Why Consider This Opportunity.
